CH✨ Loaded Nachos ✨
Nacho getting enough of this cheesy loaded mess. There’s nothing not to love about Nachos- it’s everyone’s ultimate favourite treat!
Recipe:
Refried Beans:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cupped boiled red kidney beans
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- Salt
Salsa :
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped jalapeño
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- Salt & chilli powder to taste
- 1 lemon juice
🥵 Add the toppings when you’re ready to eat otherwise the chips will get soggy.
🥵 Go crazy with the cheese, nachos is all about the cheese!
🥵 Use a good quality cheddar cheese if not you can use regular processed cheese !
🥵 Instead of Guacamole, you can also add fresh pieces of avocado to top it off
