Details: This was my first session with Oliver. His technique is solid but there are a few small details that will take his snapping to another level. We worked on the way he gets set. Making sure he is looking and his weight is on his heels. Once this was dialed we worked on his movements. Making sure he was shooting his legs back towards the punter and not straight up. The slow motion drills were what we focused on for most of the session so he could really feel the difference in the adjustments #longsnapping #newjersey #wilson #football #nike

Leg lock: Heston throws a very nice ball so there isn’t much to fix other than making his technique perfect. Right now we are working on getting his legs to lock out fully and not jumping. Slow motion drills are important here so you can stretch out your body to get used to that position and the fast drills are important to make sure you are moving correct.
