MASUの展示会に行った結果…。 展示会の事でももやしのことでも質問あればコメントください。 ＼＼ニラダレ豚こまもやし／／ 【材料】２人分　⏰１０分 ・豚こま切れ肉200g ・もやし１袋 ・厚揚げ豆腐半分 ・ニラ1束(半分はニラスープにする) ・塩、こしょう少々 ・片栗粉適量 ・サラダ油 Ａタレ ・しょうゆ、酢　大さじ２ ・砂糖、ごま油、大さじ１ ・白ゴマ好きなだけ ・しょうがチューブ２㎝ ①もやしは耐熱皿に入れ、ふんわりラップを被せて、電子レンジ600wで３分加熱。あら熱が取れたら水気を切る。 →盛り付け用の器に入れると楽です。 ②豚肉に塩・こしょうをふり、片栗粉をまぶす。 ニラは細かく刻み、【Ａ】と混ぜ合わせておく。 厚揚げは5mm幅で切る。 ③フライパンにサラダ油を入れて中強火で熱し、豚肉を広げ入れる。色良くなるまで３分ほど焼き、裏返して２分ほど焼く。 厚揚げ豆腐も色がつくまで焼く。 脂を切って①に盛り【Ａ】をかける。 【ポイント】 ・もやしの水気はしっかり切る ・焼く際は、豚肉は手で広げて入れた方が早い ・ニラだれは食べる直前に #hayasakitchen #masu #エムエーエスユー
