LATherapeutic pain is different than warning pain. Pain is there for a reason-usually to alert us of danger. Which is why coming to understand the concept of therapeutic pain is so foreign and strange to us. -> A pain that can sometimes actually be good and healing. When working with fascia release its normal to experience pain after a session, or other uncomfortable feelings. If the pain persists for more than a couple days it’s a good idea to seek the counsel of a professional myofascial release therapist.
