I love adding these to a chicken broth for a comforting meal.✨ 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆: *Chicken Thighs-200gm (boneless) or chicken mince *Onion-1 *Ginger-1/2” *Garlic- 7-8 cloves *Green Chilli-3-4 *Salt- 1 tsp *Pepper-1 tsp *Sesame Oil- 1 tsp *Egg-1 (whisked) For Broth- *Chicken Stock-1 cup *Water-3 cups *Onion-1 roughly chopped *Ginger-1/2” *Garlic-4-5 cloves Peppercorns-1/2 tsp *Fresh Coriander-2 tbsp *Spring Onion-3 tbsp 𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅: ♥Mince chicken in chopper. ♥Add onion, ginger,garlic & green chilli to chopper. Chop till tiny.(or chop manually) ♥Mix chicken & chopped onion mix. Add salt, pepper& sesame oil. Mix. ♥Shape into balls. Dip in egg. Babudana Khichdi , also know as jowar khichdi🤫. High in fiber and best for weightloss. 💪Ingredients: • 1 cup jowar millet • Hot water for soaking • 3-4 cups fresh yogurt • 2 cucumbers, grated • 1/4 tsp cumin powder • 1/4 tsp jeera • 3/4 cup roasted & crushed peanuts • 2 tsp green chilli + coriander mix • 1/2 cup crushed paneer • 2 tbsp oil • Salt as per taste • Lemon juice as per taste 🧑‍🍳Method: • Clean and wash jowar millet 5-6 times and soak in hot water for 2 hours. • Once puffed up, pressure cook for 7-8 whistles until slightly transparent. Remove extra water or strain it. • For raita: Take fresh yogurt, add grated cucumber, salt, Mix well and serve chilled. • Heat a pan and add oil, jeera, green chilli + coriander mix, roasted crushed peanuts, and crushed paneer. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins. 😍 Bajra Palak Chilla 💁🏻‍♀️ Ingredients: 2 cups bajra flour 1.5 cups curd 1 inch ginger, crushed 2 green chillies, crushed 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 1 small carrot, grated ½ capsicum, finely chopped 1-1.5 cups finely chopped palak (spinach) 2 tbsp chopped dhaniya Salt to taste Water as needed Sesame seeds Oil or ghee 💁🏻‍♀️ Method: - In a bowl, add bajra flour and curd. - Add crushed ginger, green chilli, onion, tomato, grated carrot, capsicum, palak and dhaniya. - Add salt and mix well. - Add water gradually to form a thick batter (thicker than dosa batter). - Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes. - Heat a greased iron tawa. - Pour batter and gently spread into a chilla (not too thin). - Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. - Cover and cook on medium heat till edges lift and base turns golden. - Flip, drizzle a little oil/ghee and cook the other side till done. - Serve hot with chutney of your choice ❤️ 💁🏻‍♀️ Benefits of Bajra: 1.
