Easy High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese 🍗🧀 59g Protein Meal Prep💪🏼 (Macros Per Serve, Makes 4) 587 Calories 67.5gC | 9gF | 59gP Ingredients: • 700g Diced Chicken Breast (raw weight) • 1 Tsp Each, Salt, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder • 1 Tsp Olive Oil • 25g Honey • 85g Reduced Sugar or Sugar Free BBQ Sauce (Hughes Sugar Free) • 320g Macaroni Pasta (uncooked weight) • 340ml Fat Free Evaporated Milk (Carnation Light & Creamy) • 80g Light Cream Cheese • 1.5 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder • 100g Grated Light Cheddar Cheese (Dairyworks Natural) Instructions: 1. Season diced chicken with salt, onion powder, smoked paprika & garlic powder, add olive oil & mix well. 2. Cook chicken on medium to high heat for around 4 minutes each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat then add honey & BBQ sauce. 3. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce. 4. Cook macaroni in boiling water according to packet instructions. 5. While pasta cooks, add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, chicken stock powder & grated cheese to a pan on medium heat, stir until smooth & creamy. 6. Add drained pasta into the cheese sauce & mix until fully coated. 7. Divide the Honey BBQ Chicken & Mac & Cheese evenly into 4 meal prep servings. Macros Per Serving (4 Total) 597 Calories | 59g Protein | 52g Carbs | 16g Fat Ingredients (Makes 4) Honey Garlic Chicken - 800g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes - 1.5 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp Black Pepper - 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (leave it out if you don’t want it spicy) - 1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder - 1.5 Tsp Onion Powder - 1.5 Tep Paprika or Smoked Paprika - 2 Tsp Olive Oil - 30g Light Butter, for cooking + extra once cooked - 2 Tsp Minced Garlic - 30g Honey (15g Honey per batch of chicken) - Handful Fresh Chopped Parsley Get a pan on medium heat first then add butter. Let it melt then add your chicken (don’t overcrowd the pan). Cook for 4-5 mins on one side first till you get a nice golden brown crust. Then cook the other side for 3-4 mins more. Lower the heat completely when adding the extra butter, garlic and honey. Mix till well coated and sticky then set aside Garlic Mac n Cheese - Big Tbsp Minced Garlic - 300ml Skimmed Milk - 160g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia) - 1 Tsp Salt or to taste - 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper - 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika - 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg (adds a great deep flavour!) - 100g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (You can use any low fat cheese you have available) - 220g (Uncooked weight) Macaroni Pasta or any pasta of your choice On medium low heat cook the minced garlic in the residue butter from the chicken for 2 mins till fragrant. Then add milk, cream cheese, spices. Mix this till completely smooth then lower the heat before adding the cheddar cheese.
