Double Chocolate Brownies • these small batch brownies have a classic crinkle top, melty pieces of chocolate & a fudgy center😍 RECIPE⬇️ 60g semi sweet or dark chocolate 57g butter 90g sugar 24g dark brown sugar 1 egg 1t. vanilla 65g flour 10g coco powder pinch of salt 50g chocolate chips-mixture of mini semi sweet chips & large milk chocolate chips OPTIONAL- extra chocolate chips for topping Melt the chocolate & butter over low heat, then pour the mixture into a bowl & mix in the sugar. Add the egg & vanilla, mix well. Then mix in the cocoa powder, flour & salt until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula. Pour the batter into a parchment lined or greased 5x9 loaf pan(sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top- optional) & bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick pick inserted comes out clean. Brown 1 lb of ground beef and add your favorite taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Let simmer on low until thickened. 2. Use a very large burrito sized flour tortilla, and place a generous scoop of the taco meat in the middle. 3. Warm up some queso and spread a couple tablespoons on the meat. 4. Top that with a tostada. 5. Top the tostada with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and spicy ranchero sauce . (and any other toppings you want). 6. Place a small fajita size tortilla on top of that then fold the large tortilla over everything. 7. Spray a nonstick pan with cooking oil and cook the crunch wrap on each side for a couple of minutes, until golden brown. Do this over medium heat. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
