Alas, I cannot. It’s actually impossible to share how surreal it has been to see a whole team of people rally around what was once just a dream, a fantasy, an improbability.
The social media short version of the story is this…I took a MASSIVE leap of faith moving my life and business out of Alaska at the end of 2024.
It’s already starting to pay dividends 💰

IDA story in each stitch 🫶🏽 There’s a reason why not many people sell their hand knit sweaters - it’s a *lot* of time and even at the price I sell them at, it doesn’t really compensate for the hundreds of hours I’ve put into these. But… there’s something about making a sweater, stitch by stitch, something completely unique, with the intention of selling it to someone who will value it.
The more I learn about fast fashion, the more I can’t believe what’s happening to the clothing industry. Here’s an opportunity to support a real life human - a mother, med student wife, and passionate lady - and know exactly where your sweater came from. I only use quality wool for my sweaters and they will last a really long time. They were made in the mountains across the west, for the mountains. I will be holding my breath after they’re listed, I’m the most nervous I’ve ever been! But, as always, thanks for your consideration, and I will see you guys at the sweater drop on Nov 1 🫶🏽
