Le magnésium intervient dans plusieurs centaines de réactions dans l’organisme, notamment sur le système nerveux, les muscles, le cerveau et l’énergie.  Mais toutes les formes n’ont pas les mêmes effets. 👉 Bisglycinate Souvent utilisé en cas de stress, d’anxiété ou de troubles du sommeil. Bonne tolérance digestive, action sur le système nerveux. 👉 Citrate Intéressant en cas de constipation. Mais peut accélérer le transit si la dose est trop élevée. 👉 Thréonate Particulièrement étudié pour ses effets sur les fonctions cognitives. Souvent proposé en cas de troubles de concentration ou de brouillard mental. 👉 Malate Intéressant dans les contextes de fatigue et de douleurs musculaires, car impliqué dans la production d’énergie.
