【材料】 2人前
食パン（8枚切り） 4枚

----- スクランブルエッグ -----
卵（Mサイズ） 3個
(A)牛乳 大さじ2
(A)MAILLE 種入りマスタード 大さじ1
(A)砂糖 小さじ1
有塩バター 10g
キャベツ（千切り） 50g

----- マスタードマヨネーズ -----
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
MAILLE 種入りマスタード 大さじ1

【手順】
1. 耐熱ボウルにキャベツを入れて、ふんわりとラップをし、600Wの電子レンジで1分程、しんなりとするまで加熱します。
2. ボウルにマスタードマヨネーズの材料を入れて混ぜ合わせます。食パン2枚に1/4量ずつ塗り、半量の1をのせます。
3. 別のボウルに卵、(A)を入れて混ぜ合わせます。
4. 中火で熱したフライパンに半量の有塩バターを入れて溶かし、半量の3を入れます。耐熱性のゴムべラで大きく混ぜながら加熱します。ひと塊の半熟状になったら火から下ろします。
5. 2のキャベツの上に4を1つのせてもう1枚の食パンで挟みます。同様にもう1つ作り、半分に切ってお皿に盛り付けて完成です。

【コツ・ポイント】
・「MAILLE 種入りマスタード」の分量は、お好みで調整してください。
・ご高齢の方や、2才以下の乳幼児、妊娠中の方、免疫機能が低下している方は、卵にしっかりと火を通してからお召し上がりください。
・食パンは全粒粉入り食パンなどお好みのものでお作りいただけます。
