É quando você começa a reagir automaticamente a tudo que toca seu sistema nervoso uma opinião, um elogio, uma crítica, um medo coletivo, uma promessa espiritual, uma teoria conspiratória.
A Matrix mental não é um lugar.
É um padrão.
É o hábito de pensar sem perceber que está pensando.
É o impulso de sentir sem perceber que está sendo ativado.
É viver no piloto automático acreditando que está escolhendo.
A distração é tudo aquilo que te tira do centro observador
e te joga para dentro do personagem.
Quando você vira o personagem, você luta.
Quando você vira o observador, você escolhe.
E aqui entra o ponto mais sutil:
A Matrix não precisa te controlar à força.
Ela só precisa que você se identifique demais com qualquer narrativa
inclusive a narrativa de que você está “fora da Matrix”.
Percebe a ironia?
Se algo te deixa reativo, acelerado, inflamado ou obcecado,
talvez não seja verdade absoluta.
Talvez seja só o seu sistema nervoso buscando estímulo.
Lucidez não é paranoia.
Lucidez é regulação.
Não é sair do mundo.
É estar no mundo sem ser sequestrado por ele.
A verdadeira liberdade começa quando você percebe
que o campo mais manipulável não é o externo
é o seu diálogo interno.
E quando você organiza isso…
a Matrix perde a graça.
Porque você não é mais programável.
