@jonwatts88 Honey Glazed Salmon 😍 Here’s the full recipe for a super speedy and delicious salmon recipe 👇 serve it with some basmati rice and some greens 👌 - 2 large salmon fillets (or 4 smaller) - 2 tbsp cornflour - 1 tbsp neutral oil - 5 tbsp honey - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 4 garlic cloves, minced - 15g fresh ginger, minced - 1 red chilli, finely chopped Here’s how to make it: 1. Add the honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chilli to a bowl and mix well until smooth and glossy. 2. Coat the salmon fillets evenly in the cornflour, shaking off any excess. Light dusting only, we’re not deep frying. 3. Heat a large non stick pan over medium to high heat and add the oil. Pan fry the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp. 4. Pour the sauce into the pan and let it bubble. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, turning the salmon and spooning the sauce over until it’s sticky, glossy, and the salmon is cooked through. If the sauce starts getting too aggressive, turn the heat down. 5. Dish it up with rice and some green veg, then spoon over plenty of the sticky sauce. Holding back here would be a mistake. #oceandelighttt

BROWNED BUTTER HONEY GARLIC BUTTER SALMON dinner that comes together so fast but tastes like you did the most ✨🍃 I truly mean it when I say this might be the best salmon I’ve ever made (!!). the ingredients are simple but unite for the most delicious one pan meal your entire family will love. serve with sautéed spinach + cauliflower mash to round it all out. 
4 fillets salmon – about 4-6 oz each • 4 cups fresh spinach • 1/4 cup butter • 1/4 cup honey • 6 cloves garlic, minced and divided • 1-2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice or juice of half a lemon • 2 tsp. mccormick roasted garlic & brown butter seasoning (optional, but adds extra flavor) • pinches of salt to taste 1. season salmon filets with salt and set aside. in a large pan, heat 1 tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute. add salmon filets, skin side up, and sear 3-4 minutes, or until golden. flip and cook an additional 2 minutes. remove from pan. 2. in the same pan, heat another tablespoon of olive oil. add spinach and 3 cloves garlic; toss to coat and season heavily with salt and pepper. saute 10-20 seconds and remove from pan  3. add butter to the pan; cook over medium heat, swirling for about three minutes or until the foam settles and the butter begins to change color to golden brown and has a nutty fragrance. pour in the honey and let it dissolve into the butter. add remaining garlic and saute until fragrant. add mccormick spice if using and return salmon to the pan. spoon sauce over the salmon. 4. serve with sautéed spinach + cauliflower mash.
