If your period feels late or stuck,this is one of the oldest remedies used to bring it on… This happened to me this week… I had parsley tea, my period came the same day, and it lasted 2 days shorter than usual… Parsley has apiol that make the uterus contract, which can help a period that’s already close come sooner and release the blood fast shortening the period. I made it by: - Boiling 300 ml water in a pot - Turning off the heat and adding a handful of parsley leaves - Letting it steep for 10 minutes with lid on - Drinkinging it slowly 1 cup at a time - I added some ginger and honey for extra warmth ⚠️ Important Because it can trigger uterine contractions, this herb has traditionally been avoided in pregnancy. 2. Painful periods? Keep your body warm, especially your feet and lower belly, and drink ginger tea for cramps For long-term results: raspberry-leaf tea! 3. After period spotting?
