Less sugar = fewer breakouts. Less salt = less puffiness. At 40, your face reflects your choices fast. 4. I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke. This alone changes your skin, your eyes, your energy. It’s the most underrated glow-up. 5. I keep my skincare simple and consistent. Cleanser. Moisturizer. SPF. No overdoing. Just discipline. 6. I keep everything that touches my face clean. Pillowcases. Phone. Brushes. Small habits, big results. 7. I maintain my “frame”. Brows shaped. Skin cared for. Hair healthy.
