🌸 The Power of Perception 🌸 Exploring our understanding of light and dark, in a world filled with labels and judgments, our actions and being are often defined by positive and negative perceptions. But what if we could break free from these constraints and find true self-awareness and contentment? 🌸Here are five ways to shift our focus and reduce the cravings we have on the emotions attached to these labels: 1️⃣ Self-Reflection: Take time to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Understand why you react to certain labels and how they affect your self-perception. 2️⃣ Mindfulness Practice: Engage in mindfulness activities such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises. Stay present in the moment and observe your thoughts without judgment. 3️⃣ Embrace Imperfection: Accept that no one is perfect and that labels do not define your worth. Embrace your flaws and imperfections as part of your unique identity. 4️⃣ Cultivate Gratitude: Shift your focus from craving external validation to appreciating what you have in the present moment. Practice gratitude daily to find contentment in the simple things. 5️⃣ Seek Inner Peace: Explore practices that promote inner peace and emotional balance, such as journaling, spending time in nature, or connecting with loved ones. Find ways to stop the cycle of attachment to emotions and discover true contentment within yourself. By becoming more self-aware and actively engaging in these practices, we can break free from the chains of labels and attachments, and find a sense of peace and contentment that comes from within. Let’s stop the cycle of craving and dependency on external validation and embrace our true selves with acceptance and joy. #SelfAwareness #Contentment #EmbraceYourself #YogaHealer #Yoga #Healer #Spiritual #SpiritualHealer #Neutral

We know it’s New Year’s, and the “New Year, New You” messages are everywhere. Your feeds are probably filled with ads showing dramatic before-and-after pictures and promises of overnight transformations. We don’t believe in sending those kinds of messages. Why? Because they often prey on your insecurities, creating a cycle of unrealistic expectations and fleeting motivation. Even if you were to have one of those dramatic transformations in 4 weeks… how long would it last? Instead, we focus on helping you build a movement and mindfulness practice that nurtures your body and mind from a place of self-respect and self-acceptance… NOT self-criticism. We focus on sustainable practices that lead to everlasting change. This is the MerryBody Method and this is what you’ll experience inside our brand new stand alone program… the MIND-BODY BOOST! That’s right, no subscription. It all begins 25 January! For just $20, you’ll receive access to the 25 Day program: 💫 25 days of movement classes. Calming yoga and yin. Firstly, anger is a healthy emotion that we should all feel and express on occasion. If, however, you find yourself getting irrationally angry, or struggle to calm down from anger - try this exercise 👇 1️⃣ Close your eyes and allow yourself to feel what it’s like when you’re overwhelmed with anger. Remember something that makes you angry and allow it to fill your whole body. 2️⃣ Feel the anger on your skin, in your chest, your mouth, your muscles and your mind. 3️⃣Once you feel full of it, imagine holding up a big, red STOP sign in your mind and allowing the feeling to dissipate completely, relax your muscles and let the angry feeling leave you. 4️⃣Practise this until you feel you can use it in real-life scenarios to stay calm. When you begin to learn to use either physical exercise, a mindfulness practice or the STOP exercise to deal with explosive emotions, you’ll find you naturally begin to phase them out over time. However, even with will practised tools sometimes the only thing that will work is a full reset and so the best option is to go to bed and start afresh once your emotions have subsided! . . .#angermanagement #angertools #emotionalregulation #reinventyourself

🌿 Prioritize your peace of mind with 3 ways to be more mindful starting today: 1. Breath Awareness: Take a few minutes each day to focus solely on your breath to ground yourself and calm your mind. This could be in the car on your commute, or in line at pick up. This could be the few seconds before you get out of bed in the morning or before you go to sleep at night. It doesn’t have to be hard. Start small. 2. Take a walk: Moving your body is essential for peace of mind. And walking is a perfect way to take a break from screens, get outside, and reflect. Pay attention to each step, the sounds and smells of nature. Take deep breaths and let it help you feel more grounded and supported. 3. Mindful Eating: Slow down and savor the experience of your meal without any distractions, your phone included. Start with one meal and work your way up. Try it today - sit down for your next meal and put your phone in the other room. Listen to music or eat with a friend and reflect on whether you feel any different. And don’t forget, our new adaptogen supplements are the perfect addition to your mindfulness practice. If you’re feeling extra stressed, incorporate STRESS support into your daily practice. If you’re feeling unfocused and low on energy, try taking FOCUS to support you through the afternoon slump. And if you’re feeling tired, having trouble sleeping, or are waking up groggy, take SLEEP 30 minutes before bed. How do you practice mindfulness? Let us know in the comments.

How often do you check in with yourself 📕🙏 Journaling is more than putting words on a page it’s meeting yourself where you are. When you’re nervous, anxious, or sad, happy , writing it down can turn the noise in your head into something you can see, understand, and work through. Over time, those pages become a map of your growth. Every entry is a check-in, a reminder that you’ve faced hard days before and found your way through. Your pen can be one of your strongest tools for clarity, healing, and self-trust You’ll see how much you’ve grown, how strong you’ve been, and how capable you are of moving forward. This is your mental health check-in, your mindfulness practice, your personal therapy session. ✍️ Do you practice journaling? #Journaling #Mindfulness #SelfCare #MentalHealthMatters #DailyHabits #PersonalGrowth #Manifestation #SelfLove #MorningRoutine #SelfDevelopment #MindsetShift #InnerPeace #StressRelief #GratitudePractice #GoalSetting #WellnessTips
