Vorderes Bein nach innen, hinteres nach innen drehen 3. Gewicht nach hinten verlagern 4. Arme überkreuzen & Oberkörper zur Seite rotieren 5. 15–20 Wiederholungen pro Seite Das Ziel: mehr Bewegung, bessere Ansteuerung und ein „freieres“ Gefühl im unteren Rücken. 📌 Enregistre si tu te coupes de tes émotions. Une émotion réprimée ne disparaît jamais : elle se cristallise et devient tensions, douleurs et maladies chroniques. Le mot émotion vient du latin ex-movere : METTRE EN MOUVEMENT VERS L’EXTÉRIEUR. Une émotion est un élan biologique vers l’action. Colère ➡️ mobilisation. Peur ➡️ fuite ou protection. Tristesse ➡️ ralentissement et retrait. Quand cet élan n’a pas pu se compléter, il reste dans le corps sous forme de tension musculaire, hyperactivation, fatigue chronique. POURQUOI ? Parce que le cycle neurobiologique activation → expression → retour au calme n’a pas été terminé. C’est ce que décrivent les approches somatiques du trauma : une réponse de survie incomplète laisse une charge résiduelle dans le système nerveux. Voici ce que permettent ces 4 mouvements : ✅ Bûcheron : Décharge la mobilisation bloquée liée à la colère ou à la frustration retenue. ✅ Balayage : Permet d’expulser la tension accumulée dans le haut du corps. ✅ Shaking : Aide le système nerveux à compléter une activation de survie. ✅ Épaules haut / relâche : Libère la charge de stress stockée dans la ceinture scapulaire. Ce n’est pas juste se défouler, c’est redonner au corps la possibilité de terminer ce qu’il n’a pas pu faire dans le passé.
