But that “full” feeling doesn’t always mean their energy needs are met. Especially on big training days. KOREAN BEEF RECIPE 🥩 1 lb of 80/20 or less ground beef 1 tablespoon of sesame oil Measure garlic with your heart ❤️ 1/4 cup of onion, chopped A quarter cup of light brown sugar A quarter cup of low sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon of ginger Black pepper to taste Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add 1 pound of beef or however, much you want to prep. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Return pan to stove and add a quarter cup of soy sauce and brown sugar. Add ginger and black pepper. Let simmer for five minutes and you’re done! I pair this with white rice and broccoli, but you can use any vegetable that you enjoy. Sriracha is also so yummy on this. Would you be able to eat the same meal for lunch and dinner?! If you’re making a bigger batch, obviously just multiply all the ingredients by how many pounds you want.
