Just back to what’s actually here. To the conversation I’m having. To the food I’m eating. To my life as it’s happening instead of five steps ahead of it. This isn’t about slowing down everything. It’s about catching the moments when I’m racing past myself. When I’m so busy getting somewhere that I forget I’m already here. Try it today. Pause. Even for a second. Notice where you’re holding tension. Notice when you’ve left the present moment. Feel your feet on the ground. Take one full breath. That’s it.
