FSP in 1 minute 🇩🇪 This test is a big deal for foreign dentists wanting to practice in Germany. Ask anything you want to know in the comments. Here’s what the FSP involves: 1. Dentist-Patient Communication: This part checks how well you can talk with patients in German, like explaining treatments and answering their questions. 2. Written Case Presentation or Consultation: You’ll need to write up a case or prepare a consultation report in German, showing you can handle paperwork and professional communication. 3. Oral Exam with the Senior Dentist: Finally, you’ll sit down with a senior dentist for an oral exam. This is where they’ll really see if you’ve got what it takes to communicate effectively and understand the ins and outs of dentistry in German 🍀 . . . . . . . . . . . #makeitingermany #movingtogermany #almanyadadoktorluk #almanyayagöç #livingingermany #dentistlife #approbation #fsp #kp #kenntnisprüfung #fachsprachprüfung #ausländischeärzte #challenge #staystrong #göç #denklik #almanyadenklik #almanyadadenklik #gleichwürdigkeit #berufserlaubnis #chancenkarte #indeutschland #umzug #shouldistayorshouldigo #yurtdışıeğitim #zahnmedizin

How to get a Job in Germany 🇩🇪 Part 3: The Interview Finding a job in Germany isn’t as hard as it seems—if you know how interviews actually work here. I’m Abdullah. I’ve interviewed and worked at companies like BCG, EY-Parthenon, Allianz Global Investors, and Salesforce, across both big and small teams. Here’s what actually matters in German job interviews: Tip 1: Be confident. Don’t show insecurity. Be someone people want to work with. If you don’t know something, handle it calmly: “I have limited experience here, but I’m keen to learn—how has your experience been?” Tip 2: Use a notepad 📝 If a question needs thinking, ask for a minute. Break it down before answering. This shows structured thinking, not weakness. Tip 3: Ask questions. Ask about the team, company direction, or why you should join. It signals confidence and genuine interest. These are lessons learned from years of applications, interviews, and rejections. This was Part 3 of a 3-part mini-series. If this helped, follow for more. Top 5 Tips to Thrive as an Expat in Germany 🇩🇪 based on my personal experience living in Germany 1. Learn Basic German 🇩🇪 While many Germans speak English, knowing basic German phrases can help you navigate daily life, build connections, and integrate better into the community. 2. Embrace German Punctuality ⏰ Germans value punctuality. Arriving late to meetings or social gatherings is considered rude. Always be on time or even a few minutes early! 3. Get Familiar with German Rules 🛑 From recycling to jaywalking, Germany has a strong culture of following rules. Respect these norms, as they’re taken seriously here. 4. Join Local Communities 🤝 Expats can feel isolated, so connect with locals and fellow expats. Join clubs, attend events, or participate in local activities to make friends and feel at home. 5. Be Prepared for Bureaucracy 📋 Germany loves paperwork! Whether it’s registering your address or setting up a bank account, be patient and keep your documents organized. 💡 Pro Tip: Stay open-minded and curious—Germany has a lot to offer if you embrace the culture! 📩 Share this with someone planning to move to Germany! #GermanyExpatLife #MovingToGermany #ExpatTips

My life in Germany changed so much since moving here. I arrived 3 years ago at the end of November. I moved here for love but while still in Poland I have found a job in Hamburg. I started my job just to find out micromanagement is on another level when I had my ‚end of probation period talk’ I said I am not happy with work life balance. I said I want to work fewer hours and I was fired in my probation period. I didn’t even look for another corporate job after that. I got a mini job and went to learn German. I reached B1 in May and with that got a full time job as a compliance manager. Now I am about to get my house keys, about to release my podcast, monetised my content creation and working with big brands (I am super happy for what’s coming), I’m about to go on maternity leave and overall I would have never thought that miserable me at the beginning of my German journey would make it so far and would be ok. With that said lots of content regarding house buying, getting a loan, maternity leave, Elterngeld and Learning German is coming (my Bildungsurlaub was approved) and I am more than happy to share all I know with you! 🫶🫶#hamburgblogger #hamburgblogger #hamburgcontentcreator #hamburg #expatsingermany #lifeingermany #deutsch #learninggerman #hamburgo #deutschlernen #bildungsurlaub

Living in Germany as a student for almost 3 years has been one of the most challenging yet beautiful phases of my life. 💛 If you’re new here (or planning to come), these are a few things I’ve learned the hard way and wish someone had told me earlier: 💭 1. Don’t over‑rely on friendships here. In the beginning, you’ll meet so many people, and it feels like you’ve found your circle. But semesters end, people leave for internships, jobs, or studies abroad. It’s normal—and it’s okay. Build your own foundation, so you don’t feel lost when people move on. 🧘‍♀️ 2. Build a routine & include movement in it. Study, cook, watch your favorite series, work part‑time—but also make time for your mental health. Even 20 minutes of yoga or a workout can make a huge difference. Managing everything can feel overwhelming, but trust me, you got this. 🗓️ 3. Use calendars & reminders. Exams, submissions, bills, groceries—life here runs on deadlines. A planner or even phone reminders will save you from so much last‑minute panic. 🌍 4. Stay in touch with friends back home. Time zones, busy schedules… it’s hard, but a short call or message keeps you grounded when you feel homesick. Those connections are gold. 💶 5. Manage your finances wisely. Track your expenses, make a budget. Germany can be affordable, but only if you’re mindful. Don’t ignore this—it makes student life so much less stressful. ✨ I’m still learning every day, but if you’re just starting your journey here—welcome. It won’t always be easy, but it will definitely be worth it. 💛🇩🇪 #StudyInGermany #LifeInGermany #InternationalStudent #GermanyTips #StudentLifeGermany #LivingAbroad #StudyAbroadGermany #StudentAbroad #GermanyExperience #MovingToGermany #StudentAdvice #LifeLessons #StudyAbroadLife #GermanyForStudents #PersonalExperience #germanyinfluencer #contentcreator #indianinfluencer #germanycreator
