But one of the fastest ways to stimulate the brain is through movement — especially fine motor control. Small finger coordination drills force the brain to communicate quickly between both hemispheres while improving timing, sequencing, and motor control. As an RMT and rehab coach, I use these drills often with: • young athletes developing coordination • people recovering from concussions • clients working on reaction time and motor control • even my own kids to build focus and brain awareness Tiny movements can create powerful neurological stimulation. Al realizar sacádicos verticales (saltos oculares rápidos), estamos: 1️⃣ Calibrando el Sistema Vestibular: Mejoramos la estabilidad y el equilibrio. 2️⃣ Eliminando Amenaza: Un sistema visual preciso le dice al cerebro que es “seguro” soltar la tensión muscular (especialmente en la cadena posterior). 3️⃣ Activación Pre-Game: Elevas el estado de alerta del tronco encefálico, mejorando la velocidad de reacción y la propiocepción. Sie ist viel mehr als nur ein Koordinationsspiel: Durch die Bewegung werden beide Gehirnhälften gleichzeitig aktiviert – genau das stärkt die Grundlagen für Lernen, Konzentration und Gedächtnis. Immer wenn dein Kind unterschiedliche Bewegungen gleichzeitig ausführt, trainiert das Gehirn, Informationen besser zu ordnen und neu zu verarbeiten. Genau diese Fähigkeit braucht es später beim Lesen, Schreiben und Rechnen. Das kann die Übung unterstützen: • bessere Konzentration • stärkere Merkfähigkeit • mehr innere Ruhe und Struktur • leichtere Verarbeitung von Reizen Wichtig: Es geht nicht um Perfektion.
