My manager told me to stop posting on LinkedIn… They said I was “embarrassing the company.” This was my SDR manager at the time. Tell me stop even though I was a top performer at the company… Crushing quota. Booking meetings. Driving pipeline. And thats what I was posting about too.. They wanted me to stay quiet but I said F it, Imma keep going. Hearing that actually lit a fire in me instead. And its a good thing I didn’t listen to this manager either. Because those posts turned into real opportunities. 38,000 followers later…that “embarrassment” paid off. Sometimes the people telling you to slow down are the ones uncomfortable with your growth. The more they pour doubt into you, the louder you should get…. #techsales #corporate #salesdevelopmentrepresentative
