⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ 14.04.2026 Noida update 📰 Latest update on Noida protest (Sector 63 / Phase-2) 🧠 Why the protest stopped / calmed down The protest hasn’t “fully ended,” but it has been brought under control mainly due to these reasons: 1. 🚓 Heavy police action Police used tear gas and force to disperse violent crowds Mass deployment (PAC, RAF, local police) in Sector 63 & Phase-2 Around 100+ people detained/arrested in connection with violence 👉 This immediately reduced chaos on roads and stopped large. 2. 🤝 Government stepped in (big reason) Authorities quickly started negotiations: Meetings with labour unions + company officials A special committee formed to resolve the issue District administration opened control rooms + helplines 👉 Once talks started, protests slowed down. 3. 📢 Workers got initial assurances Government & administration promised: Salary payment timelines (before 10th) Bonuses before November Weekly off + overtime double pay Better safety & working conditions 👉 This didn’t solve everything, but it cooled tempers. 4. ⚠️ Strict warning + crackdown on rumours FIRs filed against people spreading fake news (like deaths claims) Government warned against instigation / violence 👉 This reduced panic and escalation. 📍 Current situation (right now) ✅ Situation is under control but still sensitive 🚓 Police still deployed in Sector 63 / Phase-2 🚗 Traffic improving, but some congestion may remain 🏭 Factories gradually resuming work 👉 Officials are still monitoring closely.
