Rezept :
Ich hab das Rezept gleich mal ausformuliert, damit die Dummen keine blöden Fragen stellen ;)
Ommas Schmorgurken
*250g gewürfelten Speck*
*100g Bacon* (für den Geschmack, kleingeschnitten) in einer Pfanne kross ausbraten, zwischendurch immer mal rühren.
Währenddessen etwa *1,5kg Schmorgurken* schälen, entkernen und in Würfel schneiden.
In einem separaten Topf mit *zwei Esslöffeln Salz* etwa 25 Minuten schmoren, bis sie weich sind.
Wenn der Speck knusprig ist, etwa *100g Butter* hinzufügen, schmelzen lassen. *Drei gehäufte Esslöffel Mehl* hinzufügen und rasch mit einem Schneebesen verrühren, damit es keine Klümpchen gibt.
*Mit kochendem Wasser bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz auffüllen* und auf kleiner Flamme den Mehlgeschmack auskochen lassen. Anschließend mit *Salz, Essigessenz und Zucker* abschmecken…über die geschmorten Gurken gießen, verrühren, nochmals aufkochen und schmecken lassen. :)
