OLAuf den Tag genau vor 25 Jahren erzielte ich mein erstes – und einziges – Profitor.
Leider war es entgegen meiner Auffassung nicht erlaubt, als Torwart in beiden Strafräumen mit der Hand zum Ball zu gehen.
Der Treffer wurde also aberkannt und ich vom Platz gestellt - Legendenstatus hat’s trotzdem gebracht. 😉

Exactly 25 years ago to the day, I scored my first — and only — professional goal.
Unfortunately, contrary to what I believed at the time, goalkeepers are not allowed to handle the ball in both penalty areas.
So the goal was disallowed and I was sent off — but it still earned me legendary status. 😉
