If aliens are millions of light years away, the light hitting them right now actually left Earth when dinosaurs were still walking around. ㅤ It is a wild thought that while we are busy using phones and living in cities, an alien with a powerful telescope might be watching a T-Rex have lunch. They are seeing a version of our home that has been gone for millions of years. ㅤ Space is basically a giant time machine. It makes you feel tiny to realize that our whole modern world is currently invisible to most of the universe. this clip of David Wilcock gets me every time. you can see it in his face. he doesn't even want to talk about this stuff. he's exhausted. but he keeps going. this guy spent his whole life researching things most people scroll right past. ancient civilizations. consciousness. classified programs. the stuff nobody wants to touch. a few days ago he did his last livestream. he was talking about 11 scientists connected to classified programs who had gone missing or turned up dead. he told his audience he was grateful to be alive. said every day was a gift. next day he was gone. April 20th. he was 53. his family came out and said it was depression and financial problems. said there was no foul play. but here's where it gets weird. Congress is now looking into the exact pattern he was talking about on that stream. the FBI opened an investigation too. two sitting members of Congress publicly connected his death to the missing scientists. and the part I can't stop thinking about. his name showed up on a document about the great awakening years ago. like years before any of this went down. and now here we are. I don't know what happened. The things I’ve heard in conversations with fishermen over the past handful of years I’m sure just scratch the surface. Fossilized mastodon teeth, walrus tusks (thousands of miles from where they live today), whale bones, native american artifacts many miles from present day shoreline, debris from flight TWA800, centuries old anchors, live artillery from WWII….the list goes on.

Going through this cancer journey has been among other things, a surprising 'things that make you go hmmm' social study.🤓 Something I've noticed over the past six months...there are people in my life I genuinely know outside of social media. We’ve shared dinners, long conversations, actual life moments. And I can see they watch my Instagram stories, the hospital updates, the radiation selfies, the more vulnerable days. They’re clearly seeing it all unfold. Yet… nothing. Not a comment. Not even the tiny half-a-second little double tap. And to be crystal clear, I don't share any of my story or this post for sympathy. I talk about what’s happening because it’s my life right now, and because being open about things like cancer and epilepsy matters to me.🩷💜 Still, I’d be lying if I said it isn’t a little puzzling sometimes. You start wondering if people feel awkward. If they don’t know what to say and they think silence is the safest option. Or maybe Instagram really is just a strange place where people watch quietly from the sidelines.🤔👀 At the same time, something else has been happening that I didn’t expect at all. People I haven’t spoken to in years, like old coworkers, distant relatives, acquaintances I've met at parties and friends of friends. They’re the ones sending thoughtful messages, checking in, sharing their own stories, offering support in ways I never would have imagined.🥹 It’s been surprising in the best way.🫶🏽 And then there’s my village. The people who have truly shown up. The ones who let me cry, laugh with me on the car rides to the hospital, send ridiculous memes, or simply sit with me and hold my hand when I don’t have the energy to pretend I’m fine.😍 Moments like this make things very clear. Anyway, this video of a farmer chopping it off feels oddly appropriate. Living like the 2000s changed my life. It’s not about living in the past or being delusional, it’s about changing your mindset. Yeah sure some of this is just “normal living” but what if you shifted that mindset? Romanticize the little things in your life, envision yourself as the main character in your favorite 2000s movie. Stop chasing the latest trends and go back to what works. My favorite thing about this new lil “trend” I started is that it looks different for everyone. What do YOU associate the 2000s with? How can you incorporate more of that Magic into your every day life? When we stop stressing over every little detail of our lives and start actually trying to enjoy it, something changes. The world starts to seem softer, more colorful, more peaceful. Living like the 2000s feels like coming home after being homesick for years, it’s a reminder that we create our own realities. In a world where we’re constantly influenced to do this, do that, buy this and that; this feels like a quiet rebellion. A way to step back and not let someone else tell us how to live.
