Instead, use Cluster Training to build strength endurance without wrecking your form. - Here’s what to do: 🎯 Pick a target rep total slightly above your max (ex: max = 40 → target = 60). 💪 Break it down into mini-sets of 5–8 reps. ⏱️ Rest 20–30 seconds between mini-sets. 🏁 Keep going until you hit your target total. - ✅ You’ll be stacking up more clean reps and training your body to handle higher volume. When test day rolls around, it will feel EASY to push harder for longer. Try this 2x per week. Track your numbers.
