While Perth is filled with ramen ๐ spots & even an udon specialist ๐ฅ, dedicated soba is hard to find๐ - which makes this authentic pop-up by Chef @byseanhong even more special ๐ฏ๐ตโจ.
We ordered the following dishes:

- ๐ฒ Duck breast soup hot soba noodles
- ๐ถ๏ธ Abura beef hot soba noodles
- ๐ Laksa hot soba noodles
- ๐ Salmon tataki
- ๐ Octopus sunomono
- ๐ฐ Matcha tiramisu
- ๐ง Miso burnt cheesecake
- ๐ซ Blueberry matcha swiss roll
- ๐ฆ Matcha soft serve
- ๐ต Pistachio matcha
- ๐ Tokyo banana latte
The sashimi soba is light, refreshing & subtly zesty๐ - perfect for summer๐. The duck breast๐ฆ is unbelievably tender with a beautiful char๐ฅ, paired with a deeply comforting broth๐คค. The laksa soba is soooo freaken good๐ฏ - rich, aromatic & packed with flavour๐ฅ, while the abura beef brings a gentle heat & strong umami notes๐คฉ. Fresh tataki๐ฆ & tangy sunomono balance everything out perfectly.
The matcha desserts are premium๐ฏ๐. The soft serve has a bold, high-quality matcha flavour without being overly bitter - one of the best weโve had in Perth๐๐ป๐๐ป. The matcha tiramisu is a standout๐, the cheesecake is rich & creamy, & the swiss roll is light, fluffy & not too sweet.
The drinks are just as impressive๐ฅฐโจ - you can genuinely taste the quality of the matcha in both signature drinksโ
