Over a million years in the existence of humans have we been eating (raw) meat and organs, that’s why we have a large brain,that’s why our digestive system looks the way it does, that’s why essential nutrients are only found in animal products?!?! So how is it extreme if I eat what my body is made for, what it need to thrive?! I’m not saying that pizza, pasta or ice cream are inherently bad and you should never eat them, those foods are part of culture and if you make them from high quality products and you eat them on occasion then that’s totally fine, ice cream can actually be a health food if you make it from the right ingredients (raw cream, egg yolks and raw honey), but our society in the western world has become so disconnected from natural and ancestral food, that eating the way I do is considered “extreme” or “gross” or “weird”. You don’t have to eat the way I do, but I bet you will feel and look 1000 x better. #rawprimal #rawprimaldiet

The Max Efficacious Dose Of Creatine (it isn’t always 5 grams) - from JRE # 2239 In most studies, a loading protocol of around 0.3 grams per kilogram of bodyweight per day was utilized for 5-7 days, followed by a daily maintenance dose of at least 0.03 grams per kilogram of bodyweight. For a 180 lb (82 kg) person, this equates to a loading phase dosage of 25 grams per day, and a maintenance dose of at least 2.5 g/day thereafter. Alternatively, taking a 3-5 g dose of creatine per day without a loading phase will still reach the same net outcome in most individuals, it will just take longer to reach saturation. This is where the 5 gram per day dosage most of us have been told to follow came from. What most don’t know though is that larger athletes engaged in intense training may need to consume 5-10 grams per day of creatine to maintain optimal or capacity whole body creatine stores, and clinical populations may need to consume 10-30 grams per day throughout their lifespan to offset creatine synthesis deficiencies and/or provide therapeutic benefit in various disease states. Even long term, high dose ingestion of creatine up to 30 grams per day for up to 5 years in patient populations has not been associated with an increased incidence of renal dysfunction. We have been told for years to use 5 grams of Creatine per day. Regardless of your size, gender, age, diet, just take 5 grams. In general, this is a reasonable recommendation and will result in saturation for most people. However, some individuals may benefit from a higher dose, and it’s worth finding out if you are one of those individuals.
