There’s a reason vocal agility is the NUMBER ONE thing my students ask me about in lessons‼️😮 Everyone wants that feeling of freedom in their voice and agility is a HUGE part of that!! To every singer out there, agility comes from practice and CONSISTENCY!! 🔑 That’s how technique really starts to click, especially when it comes to moving your voice with ease and control. 🎯❤️❤️ @sophielennon you are FANTASTIC baby!! Stay consistent and keep crushing it!! 👏 Try this exercise out singers, happy Friday! 💖 It’s not too LATE to join my Christmas SALE!! ⏰😮 If you want to improve your voice before the season ends join today at cherylportermethod!!🌟🎄 #vocalcoach #singersofinstagram #viral #singer #eurovision

The bed is already full. Little bodies. Sleepy breaths. Everyone exactly where they want to be. And then… the baby wakes up, alone in the floor bed in the other room. He sits there for a second in the dark trying to figure out where everyone went. So he does what they all do. Climbs out. Walks the hallway. Finds his way back. But this time… he doesn’t realize they’re already in there. Until… he sees her. And the squeal. Like he just found his favorite person all over again. And then…another noise! Another discovery!!!! a sleepy little voice from the dark… “I missed you.” And just like that everyone’s back together. No plan. No schedule. No one telling them where they’re supposed to be. Just three little humans finding each other in the middle of the night. In our house there’s always room. At 3am no one sleeps alone. If you’ve chosen connection over convention, you’ve found your people here. This is the cozy corner of the internet where we normalize infant sleep, toddler sleep, and the quiet, beautiful moments happening at 3am. Here’s the story : Garrett’s dad was an orthodontist. It was his theory that the sooner you pull out a wiggly baby tooth the straighter the big tooth can grow in. Garrett has never had braces and has very straight teeth so there may be truth to this. But Garrett would always hide his wiggly teeth because the fear of getting them yanked as soon as his dad found out. He even begged his dad to pull them out in his sleep because the scariest part was just the dreadful anticipation. His dad didn’t take the weird idea seriously. Well, now Garrett is a dad and when he proposed to strange idea to Cali he was all about it. Big sister Dorothy asked to do it and Cali was fine with it. When we found Cali asleep on his side with his mouth closed we thought THERES NO WAY. Well, we should know by now to NEVER DOUBT DOROTHY! !!SHE GOT IT!! But now, the final question : Was Cali really awake the whole time? Part 2 shares the rest of this moment.. @thebucketlistfamily

The problem isn’t the people buying 🥺❤️it’s the stores and their sizing. An XS fits like a medium, so of course those sizes sell out fast, especially when they barely stock any to begin with. 😭There are pieces I could easily wear, even if they’re a bit oversized and styled with a belt, but I can’t even find them because of this sizing problem.💔💔 . . . #ralatable #women #confidence #viral #womensfashion

It's quite shocking to see a fish swimming around with its body seemingly hollowed out, but there is a scientific explanation for this "zombie" behavior. This isn't magic or a miracle; it's a combination of biology and timing. Here is a breakdown of why this happens: 1. Spinal Cord and Reflexes In many fish, the central nervous system is highly decentralized. Even if the internal organs and brain are removed, the spinal cord can remain active for a short period. The spinal cord contains "central pattern generators" that control the rhythmic movement of swimming. 2. Muscle Excitability Fish muscles can remain responsive to stimuli even after the fish is technically dead. ATP (Energy): The muscle cells still have remaining stores of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the chemical energy used for movement. Salt Stimuli: Often, if salt or water hits the exposed nerves and muscles, it can trigger an electrical impulse that makes the muscles contract, mimicking life. 3. Residual Oxygen Because fish are cold-blooded, their metabolic rate is lower than mammals. Their tissues can survive on residual oxygen and nutrients for a surprisingly long time after the main organs have been removed, allowing these reflexive "swimming" motions to continue. Is it actually "Alive"? No. Biologically speaking, the fish is dead because it no longer has the internal organs (heart, liver, digestive tract) required to sustain life or process nutrients. What you are seeing is a post-mortem muscular reflex. Note: This is a common phenomenon seen in professional fish markets (especially with very fresh fish like eels or certain carp species) where the nerves stay "live" for several minutes after cleaning.

a gentle, hilarious, and quietly emotional portrait of dogs who have looked at the world, assessed the available information, and concluded that caution is the only reasonable response to a significant portion of what is out there — including but not limited to plastic bags, their own reflection, vegetables, unfamiliar sounds, familiar sounds in unfamiliar contexts, and the sudden realization that something in the room has moved slightly since yesterday. Inside this "timid dog compilation": • The full stop in front of something that has been in the same location for weeks and has apparently just now become something that requires a complete threat reassessment • The slow creep approach — belly low, weight back, one paw extended like a question, the other three not yet committed to this decision • The full retreat behind a human leg that somehow feels like sufficient cover despite the size of the dog relative to the size of the leg • The startle — a sound, a movement, a shadow, producing a response so immediate and so physical that everyone in the room jumps in sympathy • The cautious investigation that ends in a sneeze directly onto the object of concern, followed by a retreat that suggests the sneeze was as alarming as the object Why you will watch this on repeat: timid dog content operates on a specific emotional frequency that is funny and tender simultaneously because the fear is so genuine and the source is so often so completely harmless that the gap between the two becomes the entire heart of each clip. There is something deeply relatable about a creature approaching the unknown with maximum caution and minimum confidence, and the bravery involved in approaching it at all is always there underneath the comedy. Rewatch for the details that make each clip land — the slow tail that communicates cautious optimism, the ear position that shifts between alert and flattened as new information arrives, the exact moment the dog decides the threat has passed and the relief that washes visibly across their entire body. Share the moment: Double-tap if your dog has ever been frightened by something you put in your own house...

At the 2017 Grammy Awards, Twenty One Pilots created one of the most unforgettable moments in award show history when Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun walked to the stage to accept Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Stressed Out” and casually removed their pants, revealing they were standing there in their underwear, a moment that shocked the audience and instantly went viral, not as a random stunt but as a callback to a years-old promise the band once joked about making if they ever won a Grammy, symbolizing their desire to stay grounded, reject industry pretenses, and never take fame too seriously, perfectly matching the Blurryface-era identity that made them stand out as outsiders who thrived on authenticity, humor, and self-awareness, turning what could have been a routine acceptance speech into a defining snapshot of their rise and proving that personality can outshine even the most polished moments on music’s biggest stage. "In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun. You find the fun, and—snap!—the job's a game!" -Mary Poppins Not sure why this one works as well as it does, but we've gotten more done the last two days with almost no complaining than we have in the last 2 months, so I'll take it! The girls also seem to like the bigger deep cleaning projects better than the everyday tidying. And honestly, me too. It's pretty satisfying! #momhack #farmlife #raisingtinyhumans #motherhood
