If I had to get a Product Manager job in 2026 with zero experience, I’d only focus on these two things. I literally just built a tool for job applicants in the UK to check whether a company can sponsor their visa and whether the specific role is eligible for sponsorship. And I built it in under an hour using @repl.it … just by writing plain English. Comment REPLIT and I’ll send you the tool + the exact step-by-step guide I used to build it and position it on LinkedIn. Hiring managers don’t actually care that you don’t have experience if you’re a beginner. What they care about is whether you can think like a PM. That means identifying a real problem, defining scope and shipping a solution Send this to anyone you know who wants to get a product management job this year or even level up their career, we should all be vibecoding. #vibecoding #productmanager #breakintotech #productmanagement #techjobs

FYI : When I say “users were responding to it,” here’s what I mean 👇 The team behind Slack built the communication tool for themselves while working on their game. It solved a real collaboration problem for their own team first. And when others outside the company saw it — founders, early adopters, other teams — the response was strong. So yes, users were responding. Not because the game community demanded it. But because once exposed to it, teams immediately saw the value. Sometimes the signal isn’t a feature request. It’s the reaction when people experience what you’ve built. Disclaimer: The Slack notification sound and logo used in this video belongs to Slack. When I moved from a non-tech background into product management, I thought the hardest part would be learning product sense & prioritization frameworks, or cracking interviews. It wasn’t. It was feeling like I didn’t belong in the room. Like everyone else had a head start. Like I was constantly trying to translate myself into a language I wasn’t fluent in yet. Follow if that’s you ✨ If you’re in that phase, here’s the real stuff no one tells you: 1. To bridge experience gaps: Pick one app/problem, build something scrappy, show to customers, iterate, document it. 2. If you can’t see a clear entry path: Stop overthinking, start somewhere and adjust as you go. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. 3. If you are struggling to translate experience: Rewrite your work like: problem → goal → action → impact (numbers if you can). 4. Too much conflicting advice: Choose 1–2 trusted sources, ignore the rest for now. Too many broths spoil the… 5. Competing with experienced candidates: Double down on your story, not theirs..why you care about that product and what is your unique expertise from previous industries that sets you apart from other candidates matters. 6. Weak or no network: DM people working on apps you love, go to startup events, talk to alumni. Ask them about their typical week. 7. Constant imposter syndrome: Start a brag list ASAP. I’m not kidding…. This is a life changer. 8. Balancing breadth vs depth: Pick one niche you love and are good at (data, UX, tech), go deeper. You’re not behind. You’re just building a different path. Give it a bit of trust and time. YOU GOT THIS! 🫶💜 If this resonated, follow along for more career change advice ✨ #ProductManagement #careerchange #techjobs #career jobsearch millennial genz growth advice

Stop applying to jobs you don’t actually understand. 🚫 If you’re not getting callbacks, it might not be your résumé. It might be misalignment. You’re applying for roles that sound similar… but require completely different skill sets. Business Analyst ≠ Project Manager ≠ Change Analyst ≠ Scrum Master ≠ Product Owner. Once I understood the difference between these roles — and positioned myself correctly — the ghosting stopped. 👀✨ Clarity changes everything. When your skills match the role, recruiters notice. ✨ Want a clear breakdown of BA vs PM vs Change vs Scrum Master vs Product Owner?
