SHPasta… but make it pretty ✨🍝
Ingredients:
1–1.5 lb rigatoni
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
1–2 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
1–2 cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley
Instructions:
Cook pasta until just tender but still slightly firm.
Sauté onion + garlic, add beef and cook through. Stir in marinara + tomato paste, season, and simmer until thick.
Make béchamel: melt butter, whisk in flour, slowly add milk, cook until thick, stir in parmesan.
Grease a springform pan and stand pasta upright tightly packed.
Pour meat sauce over, letting it fill the pasta.
Top with béchamel + mozzarella.
Broil for a few minutes until cheese melts. Let rest before slicing.

FO🍋 Lemon Garlic Shrimp Alfredo made with a hint of fresh lemon for balance. The perfect comforting pasta with a fresh twist ✨
Ingredients
Shrimp:
• 7 oz/ 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and Black pepper
• 0,5 tsp paprika
• Zest of ½ lemon
• Optional: 1 tsp honey (for gloss)
Pasta + Sauce:
• 7 oz/200g pasta, I used pappardelle
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup/250ml heavy cream
• 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
• ⅓–½ cup/50-100ml pasta water
• Zest of ½ lemon
• 1–2 tsp lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper
• Optional: chili flakes
Instructions:
1. Boil Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.Cook pasta until al dente. Before draining, save pasta water. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry.
Season with salt, pepper, honey, lemon zest and paprika.
In a large pan over medium heat:
• Melt 2 tbsp butter
• Add shrimp in a single layer
Cook 60-90 seconds per side, until pink and lightly golden. Then add Minced garlic and Toss 20-30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Lemon Garlic Alfredo: In the same pan: Add: 2 tbsp butter and 3 cloves garlic. Cook for 30 seconds (don’t brown). Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. Stir in parmesan, salt and Black pepper. Then add reserved pasta water, zest of lemon and lemon juice. Taste and adjust.
4. Serve: Add the pasta to the sauce and toss until creamy and glossy. Plate the pasta, place the shrimp on top, and finish with extra lemon zest, parsley and black pepper. Enjoyyy🫶
