Seattle is one of those amazing cities that is not only a destination in itself but also a hub city where so many people come in and out on their way to other places. Whether you’re here purely for a Seattle visit, or you’re in town waiting for a cruise or catching another flight, the food scene here is heavenly and well worth a few extra days on your itinerary to truly dig in and chow down. It’s so good, in fact, that this whole feature had to be split in two (and could have easily been three or four parts). I spent five days in Seattle eating, drinking and exploring with some much needed assistance from the tourist boards, so that these guides would be comprehensive and filled with local knowledge.
