AWWhat we did our first time visiting Progreso, Mexico.
On our cruise on the Disney Magic, we stopped at the port of Progreso. There a some shops and booth selling items, we walked through to the shuttle area. There are complimentary shuttles provided for those who want to go into town.
It was about a 15minute ride along the very long pier to get to Progreso. We walked through some more shops and found our way to the public beach. It wasn’t too crowded because a lot of people were likely doing excursions. We hung out at the beach for a while and enjoyed the nice weather.
Then we started heading back to the shuttles. On the way, we stopped for some tacos, and bought some souvenirs. Then back onto the shuttle to the ship!
