These marshmallows aren’t the regular kind you see at the store… these are skin-glowing, immune-boosting, nutrient-packed powerhouses! These marshmallows are packed with gelatin, which is gut healing and filled with the healing amino acids glycine and proline, known for their powerful digestive and anti-aging benefits.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup beef gelatin
1/4 cup cool water
1/3 cup TH XF Gentle Sweet
1 cup water
Pinch mineral salt
3 Tbs. TH Optimized Strawberry Whey
1. Add the gelatin and cool water to a large mixing bowl and stir together. Place to the side.
2. Add the Gentle Sweet, 1 cup water, and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Pour the boiling water over the gelatin and use an electric beater to start mixing. Turn the beater onto a high setting and mix for around 7 minutes. Add the protein powder and mix on high for another 3 minutes, or until the mixture is fluffy and thick. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking pan and place in the fridge until the marshmallows are set. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
