It tastes like something you’d crave… and it happens to be packed with protein. 👌 A crispy pepperoni and baked mozzarella wrap filled with our NEW Protein Caesar Salad Kit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients 1 Taylor Farms Protein Caesar Chopped Salad Kit ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Turkey pepperonis (enough to lightly cover the cheese layer) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick mat (important: cheese will stick to metal or glass). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sprinkle mozzarella into a thin, even rectangle or circle on the parchment. Layer turkey pepperonis evenly over the cheese. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is fully melted, bubbling, and lightly golden at the edges. Remove from oven and let cool 2–3 minutes, just until pliable but not stiff. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Toss greens from the Protein Caesar Kit with the included dressing and toppings. Ingredients 1 (5-ounce) can tuna packed in water, drained 1 large egg, whisked 1⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 1 ounce) Pinch of kosher salt 1 tablespoon salted butter, for the pan Instructions 1. Put the tuna, egg, and cheese in a medium-size bowl. Season with the salt and mix well with a fork to combine the ingredients. 2. Divide the tuna mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1⁄2 inch thick. 3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not yet smoking, about 3 minutes. Drop in the butter and swirl to coat the pan. Place the patties in the pan and pan-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, until browned on the bottom. Flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, until browned on the other side. HOT HONEY PORK BOWLS *adds to weekly menu, on repeat* Comment EASY RECIPE and I’ll drop this one straight into your DMs. I’m conscious of creating lots of variety in the meals I deliver to you all and wanted to serve up an epic and nourishing variation on the trending ‘hot honey bowls’ using @autralianpork mince, cottage cheese, sweet potato, avocado and hot (chilli) honey. Ladies, if you’re looking to boost your ENERGY, this one has your name on it. Pork is an excellent source of THIAMIN - a key nutrient in energy production, and NIACIN - which helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness (yes please!) Both these nutrients play an important role in mood regulation and mental health too. As for the PROTEIN content (which you know I go on about a lot), pork mince (lean) contains approximately 21g protein per 100g, making it an excellent way to reach your protein targets in a meal.
