high protein puppy chow popcorn🩷🍿 macros (4 servings): 180 cals & 12g protein per serving🤩 Ingredients: • 1/2 bag lesser evil popcorn • 1/2 cup lily’s chocolate chips melted • 1/4 cup pb2 (mix with water to make pb) • 1 scoop protein powder • 1/2 cup 0 cal powdered sugar pour your popcorn into a bowl, then melt the chocolate and pour it over the popcorn. in a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup pb2 with water until it turns into a smooth peanut butter, then drizzle that over the popcorn. mix everything together until it’s evenly coated, then add your protein powder and powdered sugar and shake again until fully coated🤩🤩 #muddybuddies #proteinmuddybuddies #proteindessert #puppychow #proteinsnack

Nothing like a giant healthy Twix to satisfy a sweet tooth !😌 I spent so long perfecting this recipe, and then made it soo many times it was actually so darn yummy 🤌 PLEASE keep in mind that this will NOT taste exactly like a Twix, but this recipe will 100% keep you full and satisfied, and is a great healthy alternative !! For the base: 20g of oat flour* 5g of almond flour* (can just use 25g almond flour if preferred !) 5g of maple (I used @clarks_it ) Splash of vanilla extract 20g of vegan vanilla protein powder* (important for the texture!) 60ml of milk of choice (I used @oatly ) For the top layers 5–10 of almond butter* 5g of maple syrup Tiny Splash of milk 15g of dark chocolate* (I used sugar free) Ingredients with a * are from @prozis (code FITFOODIEJULES gives you a big discount + gifts!) Mix together the ingredients for the base until a thick dough-like texture forms (you may need to add more or less milk!) and transfer to a small ramekin. Make the caramel by mixing the maple syrup, almond butter, and milk together (literally the tiniest amount of milk, otherwise it will be super runny), then spread over the shortbread layer. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, then drizzle over the top to form a shell. Refrigerate until set, and enjoy! #healthydessert #proteinsnack #proteindessert #healthytwix

“these are healthy enough to have for breakfast” - me 🤭 peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough truffles 1 cup peanut butter (the drippy kind) + 1 tablespoon for coating 1/2 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 1 flax egg (I tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water, let sit for 5 minutes) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon pink or sea salt, plus more for sprinkling 2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper. add peanut butter and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. using a handheld mixer, mix until well combined. add flax egg, almond flour, salt, and vanilla. mix until a dough forms. stir in 1/2 cup of the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. scoop batter into 3 or so inch balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. **the dough is sticky, so using wet hands to form the truffles helps! place in freezer for 15 minutes or so. place 1 tablespoon peanut butter and remaining 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl. microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy. remove balls from the freezer. gently roll in chocolate bath and return to parchment-lined baking sheet. immediately sprinkle with pink or sea salt. let harden at room temperature or return to the freezer for 20 minutes. enjoy!! store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator🫶🏼 #momlifebelike #glutenfreerecipe #chocolatepeanutbutter #healthydesserts #proteinsnack

I use less than 1/4 cup) • Ranch seasoning • Fresh chopped chives (or dried chives but I love fresh) INSTRUCTIONS: • Combine 2% cottage cheese and buffalo sauce in a bowl • Add mixture into chip shapes on a baking sheet (line with parchment paper) • Sprinkle unbaked chips with ranch seasoning and chives • Place in Oven (middle rack) at 350°F for 35-45 Minutes Macros for Entire Batch: Same macros as the cottage cheese you use.
