Mash raspberries in a bowl 2. Add in the yogurt and mix well 3. Add a tbsp to a tray and flatten, top with the white chocolate 4. Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour 5. DAY 17/100 of my HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST series! 💪🏻 BERRY YOGHURT BAKE 🫐🍯✨ For the next 100 days I’m sharing a brand‑new high‑protein breakfast every day to prove that breakfast doesn’t have to be boring or repetitive. Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring, and this warm, fluffy Berry Yoghurt Bake proves it! INGREDIENTS 👩🏻‍🍳 (serves 1) 🥛 60 g high‑protein yoghurt 🥚 1 medium egg 🌾 1 tbsp all‑purpose flour 🍯 1 tsp honey 🫐 A handful of frozen berries 🥜 Optional: drizzle of peanut butter to serve Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). 2. Mix the yoghurt, egg, flour, and honey until smooth. 3. Pour into a small ovenproof dish. 4. Scatter frozen berries on top. 5. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden and set. 6.
