Throwback Memory 💪💪🥹🥹 Sue is 75 years old. She has always wanted to be able to do an unassisted pull-up and chin-up. So for a few years we worked as a team to achieve this goal. After consistently working on nailing the fundamentals, Sue did two consecutive unassisted chin-ups, and she made them look pretty easy! This did not happen overnight. We’d been working on this goal for about two years, and did not skip any key steps. I worked with Sue in person 2/week, and she had also been following the framework of my Ultimate Pull-Up Program. When we first started working together she had a tough time simply hanging from the bar. Look how far she’s come! Many people fail to reach their pull-up goals, not due to a lack of trying or because they are incapable.
