Follow @evolving.qc to keep up to date with quantum computing breakthroughs A normal search sends one agent through a maze. It checks one path at a time. A quantum search explores many paths at once. Through superposition, the system exists in multiple states simultaneously. #quantum #quantummechanics #quantumcomputer #qubits #quantumcomputing

This is what’s inside every phone, laptop, and device you’ve ever touched and most people have no idea. You’re looking at a computer chip under a microscope. Those tiny structures are transistors and they’re now just 10 to 15 atoms wide. To put that in perspective, a human hair is about 500,000 atoms wide. We’ve engineered something so small that we’re literally running into the laws of physics. The charge starts jumping between transistors at that scale and the chip can’t hold memory anymore. We’re approaching a wall that no amount of money or engineering can brute force through. And yet nobody is panicking. Because every single time in the history of technology that we’ve hit a wall, someone figured out a way around it. Vacuum tubes hit a wall and we got transistors. Transistors are hitting a wall and quantum computing, optical chips, and neuromorphic processing are already in development. The people who bet against human ingenuity have been wrong every single time. The next generation of computing is going to make what you’re looking at here feel ancient. And it’s going to happen faster than anyone expects because that’s how exponential progress works. It always feels slow until it isn’t. Follow @peacethroughtrade — we’re building for what comes next. The future is going to be abundant and the technology to get there is already being worked on right now. #Computer #technology #viral #reels #explorepage✨

Quantum Mechanics is the branch of physics that describes how nature behaves at the smallest scales — atoms, electrons, photons, and other fundamental particles. Unlike classical physics, where objects have definite positions and speeds, quantum mechanics reveals a reality that is: • Probabilistic — outcomes are described by probabilities, not certainties. • Wave–particle dual — particles behave like waves, and waves behave like particles. • Quantized — energy exists in discrete packets called quanta. • Non-classical — particles can exist in superposition (multiple states at once) and become entangled across vast distances. At its core, quantum mechanics replaces deterministic motion with a mathematical wave function that encodes all possible states of a system. When measured, this wave function appears to “collapse” into one definite outcome. It is the foundation of: Transistors and modern electronics Lasers MRI scanners Quantum computing Semiconductor technology In essence, quantum mechanics is not just a theory of tiny particles — it is the framework that governs the microscopic architecture of reality itself.

The 140-Year-Old Secret of Modern Power ⚡️💨 We have AI, quantum computing, and rockets that land themselves... but did you know 80% of the world’s electricity is still made by spinning a fan with steam? 🤯 Whether it’s a coal plant, a natural gas facility, or even a high-tech nuclear reactor, the "engine" is almost always the same: a Steam Turbine. We’ve spent a century perfecting it, and here is why we haven't found a reliable replacement yet: Massive Scale: No other technology can convert heat into motion at such a massive, industrial volume so efficiently. 🏗️ Reliability: These turbines are built to spin at 3,600 RPM for years without stopping. They are the definition of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." ⚙️ The Physics of Water: Water is cheap, non-toxic, and expands 1,600 times its volume when it turns to steam. That’s a lot of "push" for very little cost. 💧💨 The future is high-tech, but the heart of it is still a masterpiece of Victorian-era logic. 🕰️⚡️ #EnergyEngineering #PowerGrid #SteamTurbine #HowItWorks #IndustrialTech

Last week I had the luck of visiting the Barcelona Super Computer Mare Nostrum (Our Sea) 4 in Zona Universitária. Amazingly, it sits in a refurbished Chapel, which provided the Center extra funding from the Spanish government. Are quantum computers finally becoming useful? Quantum computers have long promised to do things ordinary machines cannot. Inspired by Richard Feynman’s idea of simulating nature using quantum physics itself, researchers have spent decades building ever larger machines, with limited practical results. That may now be starting to change. Recent experiments show quantum computers modelling magnetic materials, superconductivity and exotic states of matter that push classical computers to their limits. These machines are not useful yet, but they offer the clearest signs so far that quantum computing could finally live up to the hype. The challenge now is scale, building powerful and reliable systems without the massive energy costs they may demand. Tap the link in bio to learn how to finally get a grasp on quantum computing #quantumcomputing #quantummechanics

The state banquet held at Windsor Castle in September 2025 was a high-stakes gathering of what observers called the "new global aristocracy," featuring an extraordinary concentration of wealth and tech power. Hosted by King Charles III for President Donald Trump, the 160-guest event prominently included Silicon Valley titans like Tim Cook (Apple), Jensen Huang (Nvidia), Sam Altman (OpenAI), and Satya Nadella (Microsoft), alongside finance moguls like Stephen Schwarzman (Blackstone) and media tycoon Rupert Murdoch. The presence of these leaders, whose companies held a combined market value surpassing that of the entire UK stock market, underscored a shift toward a "Tech Special Relationship" centered on multi-billion dollar deals for AI and quantum computing. Amidst the traditional royal pageantry of St George's Hall, the seating plan strategically paired these billionaires with senior royals and top politicians, highlighting the evening's true purpose as a powerful intersection of diplomacy, capital, and technological influence. @liquidtrading #usaentrepreneurs #usafinance #usabusiness #billionairemindset #donaldtrump

In the double-slit experiment, a particle passes through both paths at once when unobserved, creating an interference pattern. The moment we measure which path it took, that pattern vanishes and the particle behaves as if it chose only one slit. Even stranger, in delayed-choice versions of the experiment, measuring after the particle has already “passed through” still removes the interference, as if the particle’s earlier behavior was never split at all. Quantum mechanics does not just challenge what happens next. It challenges what already happened.
