SALADE DE QUINOA ( que promis t’as plus faim après ) - Pécho une petite boite de pois chiches, égouttes les, rince les et sèches les dans un torchon ( c’est l’astuce pour avoir des pois chiches bien crousticroust ). - Balance leur sur la tronche un filet d’huile d’olive et un qu’inhale d’épices de ton choix ( ici paprika, ail fumé, piment d’espelette de thym mais fais avec ce que t’as sous le coude ). - Dégage ça au four 15 minutes à 180°C. - Pendant ce temps fais cuire du quinoa. - Pendant ce temps bis fais toi un oeuf poché: dans une casserole d’eau frémissante balance un coup de vinaigre blanc, fais un tourbillon dans l’eau et casse délicatement un oeuf au centre. Attends 3 minutes. Réserve le dans un bol d’eau glacé. - Pour la sauce: mixe 2cas de skier avec une bonne poignée de persil, un peu de jus de citron et un filet d’huile d’olive. Assaisonne avec des trucs qui assaisonne. - Là t’as la base et après l’idée c’est que tu rajoute globalement ce qui te fais bien plaisir/ ce que tu as dans ton frigo ( sauf si dans ton frigo t’as un reste de lasagne ça n’a rien à voir ). - Ici j’ai mit concombre, épinards, tomates séchées mais genre des carottes râpées et/ ou du chou rouge et/ou du maïs bref t’as compris bah c’est super aussi. - Balance tout ça dans une assiette, éclate toi sur les topping ( ici j’ai mit des pickles et des cébettes mais si j’avais eu de la fêta, la fête aurait été encore plus folle ), sois généreux sur la sauce et embrasse ta mère. . . . #food #cuisine #recette #salade #quinoa

Trust me, this salad is a total game changer and a must on your Passover menu✨ Ingredients • 2 cups cooked quinoa • drizzle olive oil • sprinkle of salt • 4 cucumbers, chopped • 3 celery ribs, chopped • ½ bunch parsley • ½ bunch mint • ½ bunch dill • ½ bunch cilantro • handful dried cranberries Dressing • ⅓ cup olive oil • juice of 2 lemons • 2 tsp salt Instructions Cook your quinoa like pasta. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add quinoa, and cook for about 7 minutes. Strain, then spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes, tossing a few times, until golden and crispy. In the meantime, chop your cucumbers, celery, and herbs. Add to a bowl with the dried cranberries. Feel free to add any toppings as you like from nuts, to seeds, to dried fruits. Shake together the dressing until emulsified.
