Great if you want a move-in-ready home in a strong resale area. 2️⃣ Five Points (Inside the Beltline) Historic homes, character properties, and some of the most desirable streets in Raleigh. ➡️ Expect $850K–$1.5M+ for renovated single-family homes. Perfect for buyers who want charm, walkability, and long-term value. 3️⃣ Brier Creek More affordable single-family homes with predictable layouts and newer construction. ➡️ Many homes fall between $380K–$520K. A top pick for first-time buyers or relocators wanting value + low-maintenance living. 4️⃣ North Raleigh Larger lots, more privacy, and plenty of traditional two-story homes. ➡️ Typical pricing sits around $450K–$700K, with higher-end pockets climbing past $900K. Don’t assume you have time because a deadline has been set. A seller has the right to accept any offer as it comes in. Show urgency and make sure they know you’re in the game. 🧼Keep it clean. This isn’t the time to be asking for personal items that you really don’t need. Don’t get complicated 👋🏼First Impressions are important everywhere and submitting an offer is no different. Make sure that you and your agent are on the same page in how you, your offer, and your agent are being presented to the seller.
