Vēlams iemarinēt vismaz uz 4 stundām, perfekti, ja atstāj pa nakti, tad tā būs vēl sulīgāka un garšīgāka. De Receptes de macarrons n’hi han moltes , però la meva te un un pas que la fa totalment diferent i que et deixarà bocabadat. Ingredients: 400g de macarrons 2 grans d’all 2 Cebes 400g de cansalada 400g de botifarra 1kg de tomàquets de pera 1600ml de brou de pollastre Vi ranci Branqueta de romaní 1 fulla de llorer 150ml de nata líquida per cuinar 150g de formatge tou de cabra Com fer els nostres macarrons: 1- Comencem tallant la cansalada i traient la pell a les botifarres 2- En una cassola afegim oli i la cansalada. Li posem una mica de sal i pebre negre. 3- La deixem ben roseta i la reservem per mes endavant. 4- Seguim fent un sofregit amb la ceba, una mica de sal, dos grans d’alls i una fulla de llorer. 5- Deixem coent uns 10 minuts, hidratant de tant en tant. 6- Hora de posar els trossos de botifarra. 7- Quan la tinguem mig feta, la esclafem be per deixar els trossets més petits. 8- Cansalada cap a dins, remenadeta i rajolí de vi ranci. 9- Deixem evaporar l’alcohol I mentres tant ratllem els tomàquets. 10- Un cop ratllats cap a la cassola. 11- Integrem tot be I deixem coure uns 20-25 minuts. 12- Ara macarrons i branqueta de romaní cap a la cassola. 13- Barregem tot plegat I deixem sofregir uns 2 minuts. 14- Brou de pollastre a la cassola i deixem fem un xup-xup el temps que marqui el paquet, mes 5 cinc minuts. Això si mig tapat. ( si cal afegir mes bou o mes temps, endavant,.. dependrà del tipus de macarrons escollits) 15- Passat el temps afegim nata líquida per sobre i formatge tou de cabra o del gust que mes ens agradi. 16- Ho remenem be i si cal afegim una miqueta mes de brou,.. això, a gust de cadascú. Save for the RECIPE👇 follow @diningwithskyler for more!💚🦅 SERVES: approx 20 -25 tots  ▪️8 russet potatoes, baked, halved and filling scooped out (this is should be equivalent to 8-10 cups of mashed potato “meat”) ▪️2/3 cup buffalo sauce  ▪️2 cups shredded cheddar  ▪️1/3 cup cassava flour (or AP flour) ▪️2 tbsp garlic powder ▪️Salt, to taste ▪️Black pepper, to taste  ▪️Avocado oil or veg oil, for frying ▪️1/2 cup ranch dressing, for serving  1. If you aren’t using leftover potato skin filling (which you totally should!) start the recipe by baking pricked potatoes at 400 F for 1 hour. Scoop the filling out and set aside. 2. To the potato mixture, add the buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and GRADUALLY add the flour. Mix w clean hands or a large spoon, until combined. If the mixture feels wet, add a little more flour, 1 tbsp at a time. If the mixture feels dry, add a little more buffalo sauce, 1 tbsp at a time. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if necessary. Every potato is a different size so that’s why we gradually add everything. 3. Form potato mixture into tots. Roll about a 1 tbsp portion in the palm of your hand and form a tater tot shape — like a rounded rectangle. Repeat. 4. Fill a large pot or deep skillet with enough oil to fully submerge the tater tots. Heat oil to 350 F over medium high heat. When the oil is shimmering and hot, test one tater tot. It should bubble right away when you put it into the hot oil and take about 2-4 min to fry until golden brown. If the oil does not bubble, the oil is not hot enough! Continue to heat then try again until it does bubble right when the tater tot is submerged. Once it bubbles, add 5-10 tater tots at a time (depending on the size of your pot, you don’t want to overcrowd the pan) and fry until deep golden brown and crispy. Set the tots on a paper towel and allow any excess oil to absorb. Repeat, then turn the heat off. 5. When ready to serve, plate the tater tots with a small bowl of the ranch. If you made these ahead of time, you can reheat them in an oven or air fryer to re-crisp. Air fry for 5-10 min at 350 F or roast in the oven on a sheet pan at 425 F for 10-15 min

I got you!🤝 It’s super flavorful, requires little effort, and makes big portions, so you know it’s perfect for meal prepping🫡 INGREDIENTS: - 1 red onion - 2 garlic cloves - Vegetable oil (for frying) - 4 tomatoes - 1 tbsp paprika & garam masala, 2 tsp turmeric & cumin, 1/2 tsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp salt - 2 heaping tbsp tomato paste - 2 cans chickpeas - 1 cup full fat coconut cream - Juice from 1/2 a lime INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Strat by chopping onion, garlic and tomatoes. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat, add the onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add the spices and fry until fragrant. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and some boiling water into the pan and fry until tender. 5. Remove from the heat and transfer into a blender. Blend until smooth and pour back into the pan over medium high heat. 6. Drain the liquid from the chickpeas before adding them into the pan. 7. Bring to a boil and lower the heat. Simmer for 5 minutes and add the coconut cream. 8. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes. Finally, squeeze in 1/2 a lime and stir. 9. Serve over rice / naan (recipe pinned to feed).
