Garlic parmesan hashbrown 🥔 Ingredients: 5 large russet potatoes 1 egg 2 tbsp cornstarch Salt, to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Oil, for frying Method: Peel and wash the potatoes, then partially boil them in salt water for 10 minutes. Once cooled, finely grate the potatoes using a shredder. In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, egg, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese . Mix well. Shape the mixture into oval-shaped hash browns. Place the hash browns on a lined sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, reduce the heat to medium-low. Shallow-fry 3-4 hash browns at a time for 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy! #hashbrown #recipe

Mix well. First cover onion in flour + 2 tsp corn starch, then sauce and in breadcrumbs. Fry in sunflower oil or olive on medium heat to brown color. Sauce for dipping: 2 tbsp of mayo, 1 tsp Sriracha, 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp onion powder + salt, pepper to taste. You can add parsley seasoning as well. Spring Comfort Food Series Part 7: Creamy Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Recipe🍝👇: I was really craving Buffalo Chicken and realized that I’ve never seen a Buffalo Chicken Alfredo. So I had to make it. And it did not disappoint. Recipe: Ingredients 2 large chicken breasts, pounded thin 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs 3/4 cup grated Parmesan 2 tbsp chopped parsley olive oil, for frying Buffalo sauce 4 tbsp butter 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Alfredo 3 tbsp butter 2 cups heavy cream 3–4 cloves garlic, minced 12 oz fettuccine 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan 1/2–1 cup pasta water salt and black pepper, to taste 2 tbsp chopped parsley Instructions 1. Set up dredging stations: flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and parsley. Coat flattened chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing to fully coat. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken cutlets 4–5 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and cooked through. Set aside. 3. In a small pan, melt butter and stir in Frank’s RedHot until smooth. Toss or brush the cooked chicken in buffalo sauce. 4. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining. 5. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened. 6. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water, tossing to coat. Lower heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more pasta water as needed. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. 7. Plate the Alfredo, top with buffalo chicken cutlets, and finish with more parsley. Now this is a recipe you HAVE to make. I can’t believe I haven’t seen this before but I’m glad I was able to make a version that everyone will enjoy! Crispy chicken shawarma 🌯 Ingredients For the chicken: 2 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces Salt to taste 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tbsp whole milk greek yogurt 1 tsp red pepper paste 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp oil ( for marinating ) + more for cooking the chicken For the garlic sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced Salt to taste 1 tbsp olive oil For the shawarma glaze: 1/2 cup oil 1 tbsp red pepper paste or tomato paste 1 tbsp sumac Pinch of salt 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses For the sumac onion: 1 red onion, thinly sliced Squeeze of lemon juice 1 tsp sumac 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil To assemble 6 thin pita bread 1 cup tomato, seeded and diced French fries Method: Marinade the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, smoked, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, onion powder. Add lemon juice, Greek yogurt, red pepper paste, tomato paste, oil. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Make sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. For the glaze : Mix oil, red pepper paste, sumac, salt, and pomegranate molasses in a small bowl. Set aside. For Sumac Onions: Combine sliced onion, lemon juice, sumac, parsley, salt, and oil. Toss well and set aside. Heat oil In skillet over medium high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook in batches for about 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred. Assemble the Shawarma: Take the pita wrap. Spread garlic sauce, add chicken, fries, sumac onions, fries and diced tomatoes.�Roll the pita tightly into a wrap. Toast it in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side. Then, coat the wrap with shawarma glaze and cook until it’s golden and crispy, serve warm. #shawarma #recipe #crispyshawarma
