Ingredients (for one jar): • 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped • 1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider) • 1 tsp black peppercorns • ½ tsp salt • 2 tbsp olive oil Instructions: 1. Thinly slice the red onions (I use a mandoline slicer for perfect thin rings). 2. Place the sliced onions into a clean glass jar. 3. Add chopped cilantro, vinegar, black peppercorns, salt, and olive oil. 4. Mix everything well until the onions are evenly coated. 5. Seal the jar and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 day. The result is bright, tangy, slightly sweet, and incredibly flavorful pickled red onions! Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor 🥒✨ This avocado salad with customer, pomegranate, walnuts, and a touch of sumac is light, crunchy, and naturally dairy-free. The lemon and olive oil bring everything together for the perfect refreshing bite. ⸻ 📝 Ingredients • 2 large seedless cucumbers (shaved into ribbons or thinly sliced) or 4–6 mini seedless cucumbers • 1/2 small red onion, sliced • 1–2 avocados, cut into small cubes • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped • Zest + juice of 1 lemon • 2–3 tbsp olive oil • Salt & black pepper, to taste • 1–2 teaspoons sumac ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Thinly shave or slice the cucumbers and place them in a large bowl. 2. Add the sliced red onion and cubed avocado. 3. Add chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds. 4. Stir in the fresh parsley. 5. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon sumac directly over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. 6. Serve immediately for best freshness. retinol rainbow salad 🌈 every color on this plate is doing something for your face. by thursday you won’t need concealer. 5 carrots ribboned with a y peeler 1 english cucumber ribboned 1 cup red cabbage thinly shredded 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1/4 red onion thinly sliced 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley chopped 4 scallions chopped 3 garlic cloves minced 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp sesame seeds dressing: 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegar juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp spicy chili crisp sea salt to taste ribbon the carrots and cucumber thin. sprinkle with sea salt and let sit 10 minutes, then drain off the water. shred the cabbage. toss everything with parsley, scallions, garlic, pomegranate, pumpkin and sesame seeds. whisk the dressing. pour over and toss. eat immediately because you won’t be able to wait 🤍 alone but never lonely. introvert heaven 🤍 . #forthegirls #skinfood #glowingskin #healthylifestyle #feedyourskin

INGREDIENTS 1 small red onions, thinly sliced 1 cup white vinegar 1 cup water 2 tbsp cane sugar 1 tbsp sea salt Optional (but elevates flavor): 1 garlic clove, lightly crushed 1/2 tsp whole peppercorns ⸻ INSTRUCTIONS Slice onions → Cut onions into very thin slices for the perfect quick-pickle texture. Make the brine → In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Heat just until dissolved, no need to boil. Pack → Add onions (plus garlic and peppercorns if using) into a clean jar. Pour the warm brine over until fully submerged. Cool and pickle → Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate.
