Muchos me han preguntado si los venezolanos pueden retirar la AFP y quiero ser muy clara y responsable con esta información.
👉 Hoy, la respuesta es NO.
Y no porque no tengas derecho a tus fondos.
El problema es que existe una imposibilidad legal para cumplir uno de los requisitos exigidos:
la constancia del Instituto Venezolano del Seguro Social (IVSS) apostillada.
📌 Este documento NO puede apostillarse en Venezuela,
ni por declaración jurada,
ni por legalización,
ni por registro principal,
ya que está prohibido por disposición del Ejecutivo Nacional.
⚠️ Quien ofrezca apostillar esta constancia está cometiendo fraude.
No es legal y es una estafa.
Por esta razón, hasta el día de hoy no es posible realizar el retiro de la AFP para venezolanos bajo esta modalidad.
Nuestro objetivo es informarte con claridad y evitar que pierdas tiempo, dinero o caigas en engaños.
