“Street Hawk… the all-terrain attack bike.” 🏍️🔥
If you were around in ’85, you remember this. Black helmet. Black suit. That futuristic motorcycle glowing in the dark. Street Hawk was NBC’s answer to the high-tech hero wave — part Knight Rider, part sci-fi fever dream. The concept was simple: a cop gets injured, the government rebuilds him with a prototype super bike that can hit 300 mph and fight crime at night. That’s it. And honestly? That was enough.
The show only lasted one season, but the intro theme and that sleek bike design stuck with people. It had that glossy mid-’80s vibe — synth music, slow-mo action, dramatic stares.
