I am not just dealing with the death of my Dad but grieving the difficulties he faced in his life as a person who was Deaf and disbled. He experienced so much pain in his life because of these things and it’s the caregivers in his life that made all the difference. Last December I spent nearly everyday at the hospital aiming to get him the care he deserved. When it all ended there was so much to grieve.
