2026…is it the year YOU finally become the rider you’ve always wanted to be? Is it time to actually invest in yourself? If so, The Ride Series might be for you. However, we’re ok admitting The Ride Series isn’t for everyone. - You’re a price shopper when it comes to MTB skills and safety. TRS isn’t for you. - You’d like a cheerleader, someone to yell “you got this!” Well, The Ride Series isn’t for you. - You don’t value relevant experience, professionalism, and hospitality? Again, The Ride Series isn’t for you. Let’s be honest with each other, there are MANY options when it comes to MTB Skills Coaching and if you think they’re all the same…you’re fooling yourself. Looking forward to another amazing year of changing people’s lives on the bike, will you be one of them? 🎥 @spicyty_productions #thisaintasidehustle #weredifferent #skills #bikelife

Want to be able to break down a trail easily in a way that simplifies it. Not only can we conquer our Demons, but take what we learn and apply them to any other trail. Trail Sessions coming that give you the tools to see new ways to confront what’s in front of you, either locally or elsewhere.#mtbcoaching #mtbcoach

I do hope that this rider is ok and happy to send it again. We all make mistakes but hopefully we don’t come across this one when on the trails. As a coach teaching drops I am always trying to articulate avoiding this very scenario. With good posture and understanding of the fundamentals you should be able to easily avoid this mistake. ‘Just lean back’ or ‘just pull up’, are 2 phrases I hear to often when I see bad coaches or friends teaching their peers. Get yourself a good coach or better riding buddies if you want to ride more and spend less time face first in the dirt.

Great thing about #mountainbiking? If you don’t like how it went or want another crack at it, just do it again. And again… and again until you’re happy. Don’t look at features or trails as one-and-done. You ride it till you don’t want to anymore. And then maybe ride it again just for fun. #practicemakesprogress #mtbcoack #mtbclinic #ridemorebikes

Don’t try to eliminate fear — instead you can learn how to interpret it. Fear can mean a number of different things. And for women fear can be a response from hormonal shifts too. MTB skills coaching isn’t just about the physical skills. It’s mind skills too. A good coach doesn’t tell you to “send it” or “just follow me”. Instead they help you break things down, interpret your fear signals, build confidence in your riding ability on smaller or familiar features, and they don’t pressure. Book a session with me! Gravity clinic, drops and jumps and fundamentals session are filling up! #Fear #mtb #progression #mtbcoach

Sedona hits different. 🌵🔥 A few days with my Coaches Roundtable crew dialing in our craft. Trail time, coaching cues, business systems, discussing ideas, sharing successes and struggles… getting vulnerable. There’s something powerful about surrounding yourself with women who care deeply about growth. It sharpens you. It reminds you why you do this. And conquering new features on Hiline with your crew cheering you on? That kind of confidence boost is real...and it was MAGICAL. ✨ So… when’s the next retreat? 👀 #rowdyryderacademy #mtbcoach #womensmountainbiking #mtbcommunity #womenonbikes

Where you look is where you go! This is a useful mantra for cornering with confidence. But sight & looking is an important area of skill that needs to be developed to progress downhill riding. It branches into psychological & tactical skills but is still useful for relatively new riders. I'll often find when riding new sections of trail that the trail feels like it's coming up on me quicker than I can process. And then I get bogged down in what's directly in front of me. Getting more information in a broader focus sense can reduce the need for seeing all the details of the trail in front of you. We need to free that brain space up to focus on key points on the trail where you need to apply pressure, turn or absorb the terrain. When coaching riders who are aiming to get faster for races. I get them to look down the hill and think about where the trail is going. In general. The shape of the trail down the hill, in a birds eye, affects the gradient in & out of turns as well as technical features. This helps with understanding what's coming up and committing to speed. Natural changes in gradient will be seen as a horizon or the trail disappearing from view. #mtbskills #mtbdh #mtbrace #mtbenduro #mtbcoach
