On Saturday we celebrated two years of runners & stunners in London by doing what we do best by running and yapping! I started this run club two years ago because I didn't have the pace to keep up with others at run events and I was told I wasn't doing burpees fast enough at CrossFit. When I just wanted to move my body, have a chat and get some cake after! I think there is for sure a time and place to lock in, send it and get PBs but we are just not that and how amazing is it that such a big group of women can come together sing, dance, run purely for the joy of moving!! #runningclubs #running #runner #slowrunning #slowrunner
