CHWhat if I told you “feeling stuck” is exactly what you need to change everything about your life right now?
After all, Dead ends are the best place to build new doors 🚪
That stuck feeling is a combination of fear (of the unknown and imagined failure) and indecision.
Stuck is the moment before amazing changes are made OR bad habits are reinforced.
And the deciding factor is what you decide to do (or not do).
Here’s my suggestion (as someone who was stuck for 17 years and finally figured it out:
📝 Write down what you want from life and then what you’re doing to get what you want. If the second column is empty or not being acted on, you know what you need to do as an action plan.
🗣️Communicate your struggles and action plan with someone you care for and respect. Let that act as your accountability contract and moment of honesty.
🎭 Act out the qualities and habits of the person you want to be. If your goal life involves more money, relationships, connection, or freedom, do the hard habits associated with those results: wake up earlier, set goals and accomplish them daily, be a good friend/partner/help to others (live the habits required of the lifestyle you want).
Getting stuck happens to everyone…it’s natural.
Staying stuck, well…that’s a choice.
